Choosing an Award

We offer glass, wood, acrylic, metal and sustainable materials – each with their own advantages. It often comes down to personal preference and budget. Feel free to contact us for tailored advice.

Use the price filter on our product listings to narrow down options. We have high-quality awards for every price point.

Most of our awards are between 17cm and 20cm – which is a great, standard size. You don’t need something over 30cm for it to make an impact.

The prices on our website generally reflect the cost of awards bought in small quantities. We can offer discounts on bulk orders on many of our products, so please just get in touch with us for a bespoke quotation.

We’re an online-only business, so we don’t offer showroom visits.

Yes – we have access to a wider range than what’s displayed. Let us know what you’re after and we’ll do our best to help.

Some do, but some are in card boxes or bulk packed. Each product page lists packaging details.

Placing an Order

You can browse and purchase many of our awards directly online. For bespoke items or large orders, just contact us and we’ll help you place the order.

Not at all. You’re welcome to email us your details and logo – we’ll confirm everything with you.

Yes, we work with both individuals and businesses – whether it’s one award or hundreds.

Absolutely. We’ve supported hundreds of events and can deliver awards in bulk, on time, and in perfect condition.

No minimum for awards. For medals, there is a minimum order of 25.

Yes – we’re always happy to quote for volume orders.

Yes, it’s best to reserve stock early and confirm winner details later.

Engraving & Colour Printing

Each product page specifies if an award can be customised by engraving, colour printing, or both.

We can usually convert or redraw your logo – we’ll confirm any cost with you first if there are any.

Yes – for example, a printed logo and engraved wording works well. Just note that alignment needs to be carefully managed though, but we will do our best to accommodate.

Our awards are mainly digitally printed as opposed to screen printed, and as such on those awards we can certainly match brand colours and will endeavour to get as close to a pantone as is possible using that process, which in most cases is very close indeed.  If you want to have awards pantone matched, speak to a member of the team who will advise which awards are suitable for screen printing.

Customisation & Personalisation

Yes, we’ll send you a proof and offer unlimited amendments until you’re happy.

Yes, we can produce a sample (chargeable) if you’d like to see one before committing.

Yes, you can personalise each award individually.

Yes – just let us know your previous order or design reference.

Bespoke Awards & Medals

Yes – we specialise in custom designs. We offer a free design service and can tailor the size, shape, and material to suit your vision and budget.

Leadtime for bespoke items varies dependent on quantity and complexity of the item – typically it takes 10-15 working days unless stated specifically by a member of our team.

We can usually convert or redraw your logo – we’ll confirm any cost with you first if there are any.

Pricing & Charges

Each order has a £25 origination fee and UK delivery is £10.95.

It covers proofing, design adjustments, setup of customisation machinery, and unlimited amendments.

No – customisation is charged separately and varies by product. Select a size on the product page to see exact costs. It starts from as little as £6.

Prices shown exclude VAT. It is added at checkout.

Yes – we accept all major credit cards.

Yes, if agreed with a member of the EC Awards Team.

Delivery & Lead Times

Standard lead time is 6–7 working days. Express service is usually 3–4 working days.

We sometimes make this happen – contact us and we’ll do our best.

Yes – we ship across Europe and worldwide. We’ll provide a quote for non-UK delivery.

Yes – let us know the breakdown and we’ll arrange it.

Yes – we can arrange a phased delivery if needed.

The award price won’t change, but there may be an extra delivery charge for express or next-day courier.
