The standard delivery time frame is 6 or 7 working days, depending on the product. Some products will be available on an Express Service that is guaranteed at 4 working days, but usually within 3.
We like to go above and beyond for our customers though, so please do not hesitate to contact us if your order is needed quicker than this. We will always do our best to accommodate and achieve a quicker delivery date – on some occasions, we have turned things around within 24 hours! Simply call or email us with your request, and we’ll let you know.
The prices on our website generally reflect the cost of awards bought in small quantities. We can offer discounts on bulk orders on many of our products, so please just get in touch with us for a bespoke quotation.
Yes. We send a proof of the customisation for every award we create. After this, you can send amends and changes as many time as you wish until it is exactly to your requirements. Nothing will be printed or engraved until you have approved the proofs.
