Your individual customisation instruction can easily be entered using our step by step process. You can upload your logo and give us instructions on layout and style. We send an artwork proof for every order.
Whilst we try hard to offer both the best service and the best value in the industry, occasionally you may find a better offer available on some items.
If you do find another retailer offering the same product for less up to 30 days after having placed your order we will match the price and refund the difference where necessary.
To qualify, the other retailer must be a VAT registered business, trading from business premises. This guarantee does not apply to items advertised on eBay, Amazon or similar online marketplaces.
Any orders to the UK Mainland and totalling more than £95 will qualify for FREE standard delivery.
If you need your trophies more quickly there is a small charge for our express service which is discounted on orders over £95.
